Fritz Keck is a local artist best known for his "Once Upon a Time" catalog of distinctive Pittsburgh scenes. The setting captured here is Opening Day at Forbes Field in Oakland (1909). Forbes Field served as the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1909 to 1970.
